At Something Went Wrong, we believe your shopping experience should be error-free even when things don't go as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely package your items in their original condition.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
